The above quote is something that really resonates the way I think and work. Exploring, learning and trying new things has always stimulated me and kept my mind active. Like most artists I’m on the never ending search for perfection, constantly aiming to develop and improve with every project I do.
Anyway I’m Saleh Ahmed, friends like to call me Sal. I graduated with a degree in Computer Aided Design in 1998. Since then I have been working as a 3D Artist in the games industry. It’s an experience that has made me proficient in most of its art disciplines. I have gained a good understanding on anatomy while creating characters and have become very skilled at hard surfaced modelling techniques.
So far I have eight successful published games under my belt, ranging from the first PlayStation to this current generation.
Photography, travel and nature are great passions of mine. Together they have opened many opportunities for me to the explore the world that we live in, be it a far off exotic country or a tiny anthill in the back garden. It is something I have done personally as a hobby, but also enjoy doing professionally.
I’m highly motivated and enthusiastic, always on the lookout for new, exciting and challenging opportunities that will expand my skillsets and make me a better artist and photographer.
